Introduction

Coronary heart disease (CHD) remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Of the total 60 patients studied, it was found that 25 patients (41%) had a syntax score of 23 or more, while 35 patients (58%) had a score of less than 23. The analysis using the Chi-Square method indicates a significant statistical relationship between the lymphocyte platelet ratio and the syntax score, with the Odds Ratio (OR) value of 8.7 and the P value of less than 0.001.
