In this context, an increase in employee engagement is considered to be done in order to significantly improve employee performance.

This study involved 78 employees using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out with multiple linear regression through SPSS version 22.0. The results of the study showed that employee performance was influenced by four variables, namely leadership, achievement, Camaraderie, and Equity. With the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.500, it means that 50% of employee performance is determined by these factors.

Equity (Justice): Justice in assessment and appreciation significantly affects employee performance. Inequality in promotional occasions based on subjectivity can result in demotivation.
