This article aims to describe the implementation of PHBS in the household of Cengkeh Turi Village, North Binjai District, Binjai City.

The research method used in this study is descriptive, with the population covering all households in the environment 1, 2, and 3. From the population, 40 households were randomly chosen using incidental sampling techniques as a sample. The data collection tool used was a PHBS questionnaire with 10 different indicators.
