These three villages apply the Silvofishery "Kao-Kao" model with mangrove vegetation around the pool. The study used a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods.

Results

The results of this study show that the use of Silvofishery-based mangrove forests has a positive impact on community income. This model allows the community to earn income from aquaculture and also the benefits of mangrove forests. One of the significant advantages is Savings of feed costs.
