Based on the results of this study, to improve the quality of services in the North Padang Lawas Regency KBPP Agency, several strategies and policies can be proposed. First, strengthening organizational structure through increasing the capacity of human resources must be a priority. Sustainable training and good leadership development need to be implemented.

Second, there needs to be an evaluation and reform in the implementation of the principle of good governance. Community participation must be optimized through discussion forums that involve the community directly in decision making.

Third, the development of a more responsive service system to the needs of the community will greatly help increase the achievements of SPM. This can be done by introducing innovation in service, such as the use of information technology to facilitate access to information and registration of family planning acceptors.

Conclusion

By adopting these strategies, it is hoped that the quality of family planning program services in Padang Lawas Utara Regency will increase, which in turn can contribute to controlling population growth and improving the welfare of the community. The success of the Family Planning Program (KB) depends on various factors, including organizational variables, service systems, and the implementation of good governance. By strengthening organizational structure, implementing good governance, and developing a more responsive service system, the KBPP Agency can improve the quality of services and achieve its goals.
