The results of this study showed that both partially and simultaneously, independent variables (prices, product quality, and service) have a positive and significant influence on customer interest to re-shop at Sentosa Digital Printing Medan. The R² value obtained in this study is 0.851, which indicates that the independent variable can explain its effect on the dependent variable of 85.1%. This suggests that prices, product quality, and services are significant factors in determining customer loyalty.

Partial Regression Test Results

The results of the partial regression tests showed that each variable, namely price, product quality, and service, contributes significantly to consumer repurchase interests. This suggests that consumers who receive positive experiences related to competitive prices, high-quality products, and satisfying services are more likely to be interested in returning to shop at Sentosa Digital Printing Medan.
