The average sofa score in the 0th hour was 11.66, which decreased slightly to 11.51 at the 3rd hour. The sofa median score in the 24th hour was 11, and decreased to 10 at 72 hours. Statistical analysis revealed that there was no significant difference between the 0th and 3rd hours (p = 0.294), but there was a significant difference between the 3rd and 24th hour (p = 0.001) and between the 24th and 72 hours (p = 0.001).

Discussion

The results of this study demonstrate that the management of * One Hur Bundle Sepsis * has a positive impact on the decline in sofa scores, indicating an improvement in organ function over time.
