This study used a qualitative approach to collect data from the community and the factory. The results of the study showed that the income of the Talikumain Village community increased significantly after the establishment of PT. PMKS. The average household income before the establishment of the factory was Rp 2,351,250/month, while after the establishment of PT. PMKS, income increased to Rp 3,103,576.7/month.
