This study aims to analyze the goal programming method and its application in planning CPO and CPKO production at PT. Barumun Agro Sentosa in the period January to December 2022.

However, the company faces challenges in maximizing the production of CPO and CPKO due to various obstacles such as limited resources, production targets, and customer satisfaction. Methodology

The goal programming method is applied using Lindo (Linear Interactive Discrete Optimizer) software to optimize CPO and CPKO production. The initial stages involve estimated product demand based on previous period demand data with the help of Minitab software. The results showed that the optimal CPO production achieved in the January to December 2022 period was 75,420,310 kg, exceeding the initial target of 74,803,459 kg. Meanwhile, the optimal CPKO production achieved was 7,058,777 kg, higher than the initial target of 5,937,531 kg.
