The results of the coefficient of determination show the R Square value of 0.706, which means 70.6% of employee work performance can be explained by health, safety, and motivation.

Analysis of the Effect of Occupational Health and Safety

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a crucial aspect in increasing employee productivity.
